Our anniversary is on Dec. 27th so it's hard to celebrate our anniversary like we'd like to. Plus we pour our funds into Christmas so we don't usually have a lot to spend on our anniversary. One day when we are rich and famous we'll celebrate it properly by going to Hawaii. But this year we were in Frisco for Christmas and leaving the morning of our anniversary. David found this really yummy breakfast bakery/restaurant--Butterhorn Bakery. He called the day before and they told him to come before 8am to be sure to get a seat. We got there at 7:30 when they opened and were among the firsts there. We got lots to eat--a huge breakfast burrito, a signature breakfast sandwich, french toast, pancake, and biscuits and gravy. Needless to say, we didn't finish it all. But it was all really delicious! Great find, David!
That evening we went to Tucanos for dinner with the Heeb clan which was delicious as usual. It was fun celebrating our anniversary alone and with family. It was a really special day spent as best friends and eternal lovers.

As of August 20, 2012 David is a middle school history teacher. His internship has launched him into the career he has been working for for the past 5 years. Although he will be making next to nothing, he loves his job and works hard at it every day. We are so proud of him! These kids won't know what hit them. :)
